Priority 1: Secure strong pupil outcomes, particularly priority pupils.

Priority 5: Improve pupil attendance, particularly priority pupils.
Priority 6: Enhance pupils' transitions into school, between key phases, and beyond school at post-16, to ensure continuity of learning, well-being, and personal development.

Priority 7: Strengthen strategic leadership at all levels by using self-evaluation more effectively to inform improvement planning.
Priority 8: Establish a systematic approach to professional growth through mentoring and coaching to improve the quality of teaching, learning, and leadership.
Priority 9: Identify and address barriers to learning for priority pupils through targeted, equitable support across academic, pastoral, and enrichment areas.
Priority 10: Continue to develop strong, positive relationships with parents, carers, local businesses, and external agencies to build a shared sense of pride and partnership in the school.
