It is important to keep the school informed about pupil absence so that we can ensure their safety, support their learning, and maintain accurate attendance records.
Please complete and return this form within 4 weeks of the start of your requested holiday.
Please do not assume that your holiday request will be authorised – each request will be considered on its own merits. Approval of absence is entirely at the discretion of the school.
The local authority and school strongly advises parents and carers that pupils should not take holidays during term time, due to the negative impact that this can have on their learning.
